Please ensure items are in their original packaging for resale. Please note, we do not issue refunds on perishable items, which include all food products. If you have concerns about a food item, feel free to contact the facility directly.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, accounting for transit time, processing, and bank transaction times. Refunds will not be issued for food orders returned due to disciplinary action. GudEatz is not responsible for orders received by a facility but not issued due to loss of privileges. Additionally, we are not responsible for any order that is lost after being signed for by the facility.
